Daren has dedicated his career to delivering value-based solutions to the healthcare industry. As the Chief Commercial Officer he is responsible for establishing strategic partnerships and business development.

2019 – He served as the contract Chief Marketing Officer for Impact Diversity Solutions on behalf of Engaged. In August of 2020 he delivered a partnership unique to the healthcare industry, establishing Impact as the Sole Source Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Member of Premier Inc. (Nasdaq – PINC), strategically positioning Impact with access to more than 3,000 contracts and the ability to participate on the Veteran Affairs Health Administrations’ Med/Surg Prime Vendor Program (MSPV) with an annual spend estimated at $4.6 Billion.

2011 to 2020, Daren led the launch of six medical devices and three health information technology platforms to health systems across the United States and the Caribbean. He served in diverse leadership positions during this time including Director of National Distribution Relations, Director of Sales and Vice President of Business Development. 2003 – 2011, He built foundation for his career in the healthcare as Sales Consultant for two medical distribution companies which have since been acquired by McKesson. During this time he obtained a wide array of product and industry knowledge. Daren holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from The University of Tennessee. He and his wife have a passion for improving healthcare that is relentless from the professional and personal perspectives.
